We have a free standard delivery to all countries.
For those who wish a registered, insured and traceable delivery, there is a payable alternative called Registered Mail (Rekommenderad Post).

If you for any reason want to return your bracelet, you have 30 days from the date you received your order to issue a return. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be refundable, the product must be unused and in its original condition and in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Send an email to email@example.com to get our return address and more instructions. We would love to know the reason for your return.
You are responsible for the cost of the return and we will not refund return shipping charges. After your return is received your purchase will be refunded as soon as possible, no later than 30 days from the day we received your return.
Returns that do not meet our return policy, will not be refunded and will be sent back to the customer.
FLAWED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If the product you receive is flawed or defective in any way, please notify us directly so we can arrange for a replacement or refund. For flawed or defective purchases, we will refund both the garment and the shipping costs (excluding import taxes or other fees out of our control).
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item worth over €70, we recommend you to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
